all ive been doing is pretty much strength training and muscle building. right now im at 185pnds at the age of 18 so im pretty pleased. right now im just beating my personal records.
oh kl man Ive been … oh kl man Ive been training since 16 I am 18 now and I do different body parts 5 days a week 5 exercises for each body part a day and 12 reps and 5 sets and I have ripped body from my routine but now in winter I am bulking up I have larger muscles now and excellent defenition so in summer I will have more ripped muscles brooooooooo

And he’s also saying that working out the major muscle groups will also work out the smaller muscles.
