He’s got to be the … He’s got to be the worst diet expert on the internet!!! He’s suggesting that if I eat only 1800 calories of sweets I would still be lean and healthy? I’ve kept the calories down to what they should be but my body is no longer getting the nutrition it needs!
organic yogurt = 2 … organic yogurt = 2 scoops of brownie icecream, smart start cereal has lots of sugar, kashi go lean bar has 290 calorie. he shows u that thing u reckon are healthy has more stout then were aware of!!
damn Steve, thats … Steve, thats was reasonably nasty against the authors of that book. Now theyll starve because they will not have enough money left. :p
Absolutely! Trans … Absolutely! Trans fats are manipulated oils that are not sfae. But if this guys thinks saturated creature fats are safe, he’s nuts.
That’s an … That’s an fascinating point. Certainly inflammation plays a huge role; maybe the largest. I believe there is a certain amount of scarring to the arteries. Saturated stout effects that scarring in a unenthusiastic way….I reckon. Man,..am I going to have to do some re-reading. Inflammation is a huge thing here, what causes inflammation is the huge question. Inflammation in the arteries can even be made worse from inflammation around the gums..and tooth decay.
What’s incorrect with … What’s incorrect with saturated stout , Steve? It is inflammation, not cholesterol, nor saturated stout that produce coronary artery disease.. People ate a LOT more saturated stout 100 years ago when heart disease was extremely rare. As heart disease was skyrocketing after WWII, we were consuming LESS butter, lard, but MORE processed vegetable oils, which are NOT untreated foods for humans. We never got oil from corn or soybeans, etc., until chemical processing was developed in the 1900s.
“You learned a lot! … “You learned a lot!” lol. Did you REALLY need to be told this stuff? I have a life, had one for a long time. At no time during that life did I need to spend money on a book to be told that McDonalds force be fattening, or that a sugar laden coffee drink force contain huge calories. If the book says McDonalds is better then Burger King, what happens then if you now consume a higher number of McDonalds..on more days, based on the information you’ve been led to believe that McDonalds is not as terrible?
yea there are … yea there are really people who dont know. most people who live an actual life dont stop to read lables. the book did really help me. i lost weight. especially the super market one. i learned a lot.
I reckon gaining … I reckon gaining weight is Harder than losing weight because when your trying to build Muscle Mass you gotta eat alot meaning (empty dat Plate) And pound the Heavy weights, rather then when losing weight all you gotta do is part watch what you eat thats from my perspective
Yeah I don’t know … Yeah I don’t know where he dreamed up the whole bagel/donut comparison? When I see donuts I reckon: White flour and sugar and whatever else. But the thing I always forget about when I look at donuts is,….those babies are deep fried as well! If he’s incorrect about one of the simple ones, God I wouldn’t trust any of his other comparisons.
see people he just … see people he just saved you money, hahaha, I saw that book at the grociery store, I said the whole grain bagel was worse for you than a donut, I doubt that
H0us3MD,…. … H0us3MD,….you-are-CORRECT!! Man it’s nice to see someone on here for once besides Steve that knows what the heck they’re talking about! BRFREE,…are you sure we’re not talking about loose skin here? How quick did you lose the initial 65 lbs? I hope it was around 1 year. This talk of water under the skin sounds kind of weird to me. We force be talking about a diet where 20 or 25 lbs. of the weightloss was from muscle if you went too quick. Tell us more if you can.
i dont have a … i dont have a problem with my diet eat 6 time a day take 6-10 liter of water i do HIIT for cardio but i have a problem with what it look like water i have definition but it my first time im going to compete and i want to look peel
As far as … As far as supplements, stick with ones that have real knowledge behind them. I dropped 49lbs for a bodybuilding show back in May by Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, Whey Protein Isolate, Glutamine, and most importantly… a healthy diet!
Record how much you eat now, and VERY SLOWLY reduce your calories, 150-200 a week. If you lose more than two pounds in a week you need to eat more. Lift heavy, keep your cardio small and INTENSE, and drink lots of water.
Steve im not stout … Steve im not stout but i was i went from 245 to 180 before i stared lifting weight now im 195
and wanted to get definition and i have a hard time getting the water out under my skin (that what i reckon it is) so i look up a weight lost pack to lose weight and water
im doing this because i want to enter a body building contest in February.
this is what i want to use Universal Creature Cuts it also claim to help reduce muscle loss should i use it ?
