Eat low Glycaemic Index food: Wholefoods (complex carbohydrates eg brown bread, wholewheat pasta) compared to processed foods (simple carbohydrates eg white bread, white pasta) take longer to breakdown in the body and so you feel full for longer. It isn&#8217;t so much a diet as a sensible lifestyle choice: you can eat low GI foods for life.<br />
2. When you&#8217;re hungry, drink a glass of water and see if you&#8217;re still feeling hungry after 30 minutes: in the Western World, we find it harder to determine the difference between thirst and hunger.<br />
3. Do some light weight exercises to tone the body: muscle &#8220;burns&#8221; fat (ie it increases the metabolic rate).<br />

If you&#8217;re a busy person and don&#8217;t have much time to cook, here&#8217;s a nice meal that does not take much effort.  Having a George Foreman grill is really handy, but you don&#8217;t need one.  This is a typical dinner for me.  Enjoy.</p>

So we are still doing P90X and my boyfriend suggested I get some neoprene shorts to help with burning fat since they make you sweat. These shorts are also called compression shorts as I believe they help to stave off injury and keep in your heat. They are also called sauna shorts because I know they make you sweat. Will they work for losing weight in my stomach (belly) and thigh areas? I don&#8217;t know. I just know the exercises I did were harder to do and my underwear were so wet underneath that I had to hang them to dry. They definitely make you sweat. I just don&#8217;t know if that will be beneficial in losing weight and looking great. The fight against cellulite continues. Wish me luck. I&#8217;m rooting for you all too! I&#8217;ll keep you posted on what I notice about these shorts.</p>
