<p>I wasn&#8217;t going to upload this video because it seemed so simple, but then I figured that was the beauty of it &#8211; to show how to make a great tasting meal that is not hard to make.  If you&#8217;re a busy person and don&#8217;t have much time to cook, here&#8217;s a nice meal that does not take much effort.  Having a George Foreman grill is really handy, but you don&#8217;t need one.  This is a typical dinner for me.  Enjoy.</p>

running, keep in mind that youll only shed pounds if you burn more<br />
calories than you consume. To lose a pound, you have to burn, through<br />
exercise or life functions, about 3500 calories. So youll need to<br />
combine running with a healthy diet. Runners do have special nutrition<br />
needs, but the basic principles for healthy eating still apply. Try<br />
choosing smaller portions of high-fat and high-calorie foods and eating<br />
more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. One common eating mistake<br />
among runners is that they overcompensate for the calories burned by<br />

It was the crap foods that made me gain 15 lbs, and I hope to lose those 15 plus more by rejecting crappy foods from now on. </p>
