In this free video, Corrina counts down the top ten worst mistakes that people make when trying to lose weight.  Dieting does not mean you have to be hungry or starving all the time. </p>
<p>You may not be a chubby couch potato, but most of us would like to lose weight and have a more trim, more sexy body.  While being a magazine cover model isn&#8217;t realistic for most of us, make sure that you aren&#8217;t making these weight loss mistakes to ensure healthy and sustained weightloss, meaning, you can lose the weight and keep it off!</p>
<p>To get into good shape, it&#8217;s important to improve your diet and to exercise.  To improve your performance, tone your physique, get six pack abs or lose belly fat, find an exercise routine that works for you.  Swimming, running, aerobics, bodybuilding, weight lifting, yoga, dance, sports, mixed martial arts and even just running on a treadmill are all great options.  </p>
<p>Diet and fitness together will help you reach your weight loss goals.  Counting calories, starving yourself, or eating a diet high in processed, refined foods are just a few of the mistakes in this video.  If you&#8217;re expecting instant changes, an entire body transformation and weight loss journey in a matter of days or weeks, this is another dangerous mistake.  Turning to prescription or over-the-counter drugs or to plastic surgery can also be much worse for your overall health.</p>

— 4 bunches Cilantro<br />
— 1 bunch Fresh Basil<br />
— 4 bunches Beet Greens (Dave ONLY juices the greens of the beets &amp; NOT the actual beets, as he&#8217;s still recovering from the diabetes. For those not dealing w/ diabetes, feel free to juice the beets!<br />
— 6 Red Bell Peppers<br />
— 4 Yellow Bell Peppers<br />
— 2 heads Fennel<br />
— 4 heads Celery<br />
— 12 Cucumbers (unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic)<br />
— 2 dozen on-the-vine Tomatoes<br />
— 3 heads Broccoli<br />
— 1 pound Baby Bok Choy (or 1 bunch Bok Choy)<br />
— 1 bunch Mustard Greens (use a smaller amount if the flavor is too strong)<br />
— 4 bunches Parsley (2 Regular, 2 Italian)<br />
— 1 bunch Asparagus<br />
— 1 large Fresh Aloe Leaf (inorganic ok; organic is rarely available&#8230;also, only juice the lower portion of it &amp; always juice a bit &amp; taste, juice a bit &amp; taste, as it can be VERY potent)<br />
— 1 bottle of E3Live Algae<br />
