dude excellent luck with that, im 14 and im trying to loose aboout 30lbs. i weight 200lbs.
my friend was 2x fatter than me, and he lost it all, and now hes 2x thinner than me o.o.

my m8 last time i seen him 1 year ago he was 200lbs hes around 15 years ancient and i was 14 when i came to see him he lost around 70 lbs in about 6 months on a strict diet nothing but salads fruits and water work out 2 times a day i weigh 250 im a lil fatty now im 15 im plotting to lose 100 lbs and im trying to figure the best way
