Dude, I’m 6’2 and I … Dude, I’m 6’2 and I weigh 150. Im boney. I eat 4 full meals everyday, chicken, pork, beef, chinese, jamaican, you name it i eat it. I snack all the time…. I simply just can place on any weight…. I though maybe i’m sick, the blood tests say i’m disease free but the doctor says i have the heart beat of an athlete.

I eat plenty of fish but it doesn’t do anything. For 1 year I ate a LOT (till I felt like I would throw up) and instead I dropped 20 lbs. It’s not honest, I want to be a healthy weight.
