Haha, didn’t mean to sound goofy. The knife question was seperate from the bone dry chicken comment. I despise by weak kitchen tools and my Furi knife wasn’t half as sharp as I thought. I need something to cut a whole chicken, cheeses, etc. with ease.

The knife should not make any difference in the dryness of the chicken breast. Cooking time affects dryness. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and you will be OK.
