    this is not an 500 …
    this is not an 500 calorie workout. the only way this would burn 500 calories is if your morbidly obese. otherwise, if you want to burn calories, you have to do 20-40 mins of cardio, elevating your heart rate to 60-80 percent of its max and doing high weight low rep weight training

    @aoluo555 not everyone is on the same ATHLETIC LEVEL. things that are simple like a bodybuilder benching 300 pounds 20 times. Is an impossible workout for the AVERAGE self. INTENSITY depends in the self doing the workout. most people a set of PUSH UPS would be an intense work out for them because they are not use to working out. THIS VIDEO WASNT MEANT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ON A HIGH ATHLETIC LEVEL BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO TRAIN THEMSELVES ITS MEANT FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON.

    @aoluo555 Yes but comparing this to the average self this work out would be considered tough. The thing is most people in america would get winded from doing squats without any weights properly. The intensity really depends on the persons athletic level. This girl does this stuff for a living as you can see in the video and look at her shows. So this is more of a demostration rather then her getting a excellent work out. Plus if a 200-300 pound guy does this. He may find this positively hard.

    @therlinwow1 Thank you for realizing what I was talking about I don’t know how many times I said water weight plus I mean it can be used for like slimming down for like a party or something that way you can eat with getting to much weight.

    @therlinwow1 I know about the after burn effect or EPOC. The thing is even walking for an hour can give you this after burn effect. Although it would be very tiny. To get a significant rise in metabolism or EPOC, you must exercise VERY INTENSELY. Heavy weights, sprinting, high intensity intervals all give you a decent EPOC. Even then, this EPOC is only 100-300 calories over 24 hours depending on how INTENSE you train. Once again, most people do not train THAT intensely.

    @therlinwow1 Hi there. I do not do MMA so I cannot personally comment on this. But I believe MMA fighters do circuits with absolute mind numbing intensity, or else they would risk getting their butts kicked wouldn’t they?

    Does this workout, look like the type of circuit an MMA fighter would do? I don’t even see this girl on the video breathing hard. I was commenting on this workout, which claims to burn 500 cal, not what MMA fighters do.

    @aoluo555 Also the fact is circuits are used with MMA fighters frequently because it is so effective. In succession is not the only way to burn calories.

    @aoluo555 Okay, well this is called a circuit you do each go with small to no rest in between each exercise. at the end of the circuit they weight for a minute or so then they start again with small to no rest between exercises. They repeat the circuit 5 times. Will this burn 500 calories instantly? No. Why circuits have become so well loved is because of the fact that it burns calories after your done as in throughout the rest of the day.

    @Denzel865 Yeah guys it is water weight you can tell by how hes a wrestler if they weigh too much for a specific weight division they will lose many pounds in just 1 day to meet that division. Most do lose 7 8 9 or 10 pounds just because they are dead serious about wrestling.

    @FlyingChainChomp Yes u are very right my doctor has even told me to cut it out I mean I kinda just flip him off when he’s leaving the room lol but for me I bench 250 and squat 385 and I wrestle at 145 so even though Im dehydrating myself I have what is knwn as athletic heart syndrome which is ordinary with some athletes that have exstensive training so when I wrestle or Im in succession I dont feel a thing I really feel better after Ive lost the weight its weird I knw and btw are u calling me stout lol

    @Denzel865 11 pounds in one day? O_o That’s unhealthy. Place whatever workout routine or whatever you wanna justify yourself with, but scientifically, the normal weight loss is 2-4 pounds a week. Any more and you’re doing some crazy with your body. Looking at your videos, you’re not even accurate to being huge enough to burn that many calories in one day. And, sauna suits make you lose water weight, not excess body stout. Dehydrating yourself is nothing to brag about.
